Our placements prepare student therapists to work successfully in school-based and/or preschool positions upon graduation.
AOT, Inc., part of the Theraplay family of companies, has an active clinical student program as we collaborate with well over 100 programs throughout the country. Clinical students with AOT have the opportunity to apply their didactic knowledge into a pediatric clinical setting under the direct supervision of experienced clinicians. Our program is structured to guide students through the process of becoming highly skilled, pediatric occupational, physical or speech-language therapists. If you are interested in completing a clinical rotation with AOT, please contact your university or college Director of Clinical Education who will then coordinate directly with the Student Relations Coordinator, Elyse Veni, at email@example.com.
AOT offers observation opportunities on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to students already enrolled in a fully accredited OT/OTA, PT/PTA or ST program. Please note that observation time can be limited to 1 day or less and several clearances are required prior to observing. To observe an AOT therapist please contact the Student Relations Coordinator, Elyse Veni, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For academic institutions interested in establishing an affiliation agreement with AOT, please contact:

“Thanks so much for being J’s fieldwork educator. He has learned so much from you over the course of this fieldwork. J had great insights to share during our seminar class and it is clear that his thoughts on OT have grown and expanded in such a positive way during his time with you. You have been such an excellent mentor.”
