AOT manages all required state and federal credentials for therapists with posted expiration dates in ACE. The system automatically generates multiple checks and balances monthly to guarantee that the most accurate credential information is available to our clients instantly.

Our therapist credential requirements include Federal Criminal History Record, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, Act 168, Mandated Reporter Training, PA Criminal Record Check, Malpractice Insurance Verification, TB Test, W-9, Act 24 documentation, Pennsylvania Professional License, and National Board of Certification for OT.
