WORKING FOR AOT, INC.

AOT’s occupational, physical and speech therapy specialists have been making a difference in the lives of Western Pennsylvania children from preschool through high school ages for over 30 years. We are headquartered in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, and provide comprehensive pediatric assessments and treatment programs for children throughout a seven-county service area.

Our therapists provide a holistic approach to services by carefully observing and considering the strengths and needs of each individual and family. We also evaluate the individual’s school environment and community to decide the best ways to utilize strengths and optimize achievements. Our strong mentorship program can train recruits or new grads for an entry level positions.

You will grow professionally as you help clients with a wide variety of conditions gain or regain the skills necessary to succeed. As an AOT therapist, you will enjoy the freedom of a flexible schedule and working in a location that is convenient to where you live. Our friendly and helpful central office staff will give you administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited APTA or AOTA educational program
Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant License
Driver’s License/Automobile Insurance
Act 33/34 Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearances
FBI fingerprinting clearance
Act 168 Release
Six months experience preferred

* PTAs must have PA certification for indirect supervision
