M. Marlene Seeger, OTR/L has been an occupational therapy specialist for more than thirty years. She joined AOT in 1987 as a supervisor, and was promoted to manager of pediatric services in 1994. In May 2006, she was named Vice President. In addition to her executive duties, she continues to directly manage 40 pediatric occupational and physical therapy service contracts in seven counties in Western Pennsylvania.

Recognized as a leader in Pittsburgh’s occupational therapy community, Marlene has been asked to participate as an expert in several professional and academic endeavors. Prior to joining AOT, Inc., Marlene served as director of occupational therapy at Dixmont State Hospital, Mayview State Hospital, and the Community Mental Health Center of Beaver County. She also was an occupational therapy training specialist at Mayview and an occupational therapy consultant at McGuire Memorial Home. She instructed a lab on psychiatric assessment in the department of occupational therapy at the University of Pittsburgh.
Marlene is adjunct faculty for Duquesne University and on the Advisory Committee, Professional Representative for Re-accreditation.
