Kristin Harding is a vital member of AOTs school-based management team, Kristin demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills, balancing staff caseloads, supervising and training clinical staff, and presenting inservices for school personnel. She joined AOT’s staff in 2006 as a director in pediatric services as a seasoned professional. She currently oversees occupational and physical therapy service provision for 21 school districts and reports directly to the vice president, M. Marlene Seeger, OTR/L.

Prior to joining AOT, Kristin worked as an occupational therapist for at The Children’s Institute for several years, gaining a wealth of experience in pediatric intervention. As a staff occupational therapist she provided services to children with a wide range of challenges and diagnoses. After two years, she was promoted to be coordinator of occupational therapy services at the Monroeville satellite office of the Institute. There, she was responsible for managing outpatient service provision, supervising staff, and managing caseloads. She also continued to provide direct services as a level II therapist. In 2002 she was certified in Sensory Integration. She is recognized for her clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of children with sensory processing/sensory integration disorders and fine motor and visual perceptual difficulties.
